I know this to be true. My husband was in a nursing home for 4 years, and the last year in the home he could no longer dress himself.

It became very difficult for the care aides to dress my husband, seeing as he was also confined to a wheelchair. Gwen, who is my qualified seamstress, came up with this idea of putting zippers down the front of pajama tops, shirts and undershirts.
